Refund policy

At XCosmetics, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products every time.

You can return a product only if it is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• To initiate a return, contact us at xcosmetics.shop@gmail.com or +91 7909167339 with your order ID and photos/video of the defect.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit.
Please note, returns are not accepted for reasons other than product defects (such as personal dislike, texture, or fragrance).
